Job Details Position : CHRO Job Location : Halol About The Company One of the reputed names into electrical equipments manufacturing Job Requirement 20+ Years’ experience into Plant HR , IR & Admin Activities Duties & Responsibilities Human Resources Management: Lead and oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and career development programs. Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and succession planning. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with plant and organizational goals. Manage all HR operations including payroll, benefits, and welfare schemes for plant employees. Oversee training and development programs, enhancing employee skill sets to meet plant-specific and organizational needs. Industrial Relations & Compliance: Foster and maintain strong labor relations, including managing unionized workforce relations and negotiations. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, including PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Contract Labor Act, and others. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Maintain records of all statutory compliance documents and audits. Administration & Facility Management: Supervise facility management services including security, canteen, transportation, housekeeping, and maintenance. Ensure the upkeep of the plant’s physical infrastructure to support smooth operations. Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary for plant operations. Control and optimize administrative expenses to improve cost-efficiency. Leadership & Strategy: Act as an advisor to senior management on people-related issues and provide strategic direction for HR initiatives. Lead and mentor the HR & admin team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and accountability. Champion HR practices that support a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Work closely with plant leadership to drive operational excellence and improve workforce productivity. Key Competencies/Skills Labor Laws & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of labor legislation and compliance in manufacturing environments. Employee Relations: Strong experience in handling unionized workforces and resolving industrial relations issues. Leadership: Proven leadership ability with experience in managing large teams across diverse functions. Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate organizational goals into HR and administrative strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders. Problem Solving: Ability to manage complex issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
