Role & responsibilities Establish and lead the quality culture & strategy for the region Develop programs & processes to ensure the objectives of the strategy are achieved. Coordinate with Group Manager Quality and Environment to ensure alignment of strategies Guide project teams to implement effective management systems on projects that comply with specified contract and legislative. Track instances of non-compliance, quality defects, etc. and guide team to take corrective measures; escalate critical issues to BU GMs, OMs, Project Director / Leader, if required Provide quality related inputs to engineering procurement, and construction processes, etc. as required. Attend bi-monthly Project SHEQ Meetings to review performance Ensure all monthly quality reporting to parent / holding companies is done in a timely manner. Preferred candidate profile Total Work Experience: 12-15 years of experience in a Quality role, preferably in a managerial capacity. Good working knowledge of quality and environment management, and ISO standards. Knowledge of relevant regional statutory requirements. Computer literacy - knowledge of MS Office, database program/spreadsheets Good knowledge of business processes. Experience working with multi-cultural teams. Experience in leading a team. Experience with developing and delivery strategy.

Role & responsibilitiesThe role is responsible for planning & monitoring of commercial aspects of the project; identification, valuation and advisory support to project teams with respect to commercial risks & opportunities; monitoring and tracking project cash flows; and leading commercial discussions/negotiations with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers with the objective of minimizing financial cost, maximizing financial recovery and limiting contractual and commercial exposure to dispute. Provide inputs to supervisor on commercial aspects of the project management programDefine documentation guidelines for financial reporting on the project; Oversee adherence to the same on an on-going basisGuide subordinates on analyzing project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecastsEvaluate options for addressing significant deviations from the plan in consultation with supervisorAdvise and support relevant project teams on corrective actionProvide necessary support with respect to documentation, etc. to external audit team.
