Job description Seeking a dynamic Cinema Manager for our property in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee operations and ensure an exceptional cinematic experience for our patrons. Candidate with extensive experience across the cinema, hospitality, retail, and F&B sectors can apply. Role & responsibilities Planning, developing, and supervising promotional and advertising projects. Collaborating with community representatives to promote film within the local area. Coordinate and manage the cinema schedules, auditorium, F&B facilities, and staff meet stipulated SOPs. Ensure that all areas of the cinema are within Company standards, including quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and maintenance programs. Ensuring the cinema meets set audience targets each month/year etc. Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales revenue figures. Direct and oversee monthly stock checks. Undertaking administrative tasks; setting shift roster and organizing staff. Managing Budgets. Recruiting, Training, and managing staff. Dealing with enquiries from the customer. Vendor management. Government liaison Required Candidate profile. Experience in managing a cinema site at a senior level. Experience in managing a team. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills. Understanding of financial systems and accounts. Organizational skills. Flexible approach to work duties and hours. Creative and resourceful approach to problem solving.
