Key Responsibilities: Develop and produce engaging audio-visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives. Utilize expertise in videography and photography to create high-quality content for various platforms, including digital campaigns, social media, and corporate communications. Demonstrate proficiency in camera operations, lighting setups, sound recording, framing, composition, and directing shoots. Edit and post-produce videos, incorporating sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, conceptualize ideas, and deliver content that meets strategic goals. Stay updated with industry trends to produce content that resonates with target audiences and reflects current best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Photography, or a related field. 0-1 year of professional experience in video production and photography, preferably within an agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including corporate videos, product showcases, fashion shoots, and digital content. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). In-depth knowledge of various camera systems, lighting techniques, and sound equipment. Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to adapt to different formats, including long-form videos and short-form content like reels and social media snippets. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
