Job Description

Role & responsibilities A. Good knowledge in AMISP B. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation & Perform other related duties as assigned & Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. C. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects & Follow up on clients, take minutes during project meetings, and may analyze statistical data as required. D. Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes between the various departments of an organization & Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business. E. Their role involves preparing project performance reports, weekly progression updates, and ranking reports. F. They also manage and maintain good relationships with company client/stakeholders & They monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock replenishment and resource procurement. G. Their work description also entails maintaining accurate records of project management operations, schedules, and expenditure. H. They collaborate with managers to develop and implement action plans essential to proper time, money, and process management. I. Keeping track of project progress to monitor the performance is also part of the description of assistant project managers. J. Able to collect, develop, and analyze data useful in setting team objectives/targets. K. Able to design and manage systems which are vital to quality review and control, and also develop and implement programs for continuous project improvement.
