Role & responsibilities Target Achievement : Will be responsible for the overall target (3in1 accounts ) Subscription plans, Client Activation and cross sell of products like MF SIP & Managed Accounts) Channel Management focus: Will be working very closely with the Bank team to Circle Manager - Vadodara Drive productivity Ready to travel across the mapped Circle locations Sales driving skills and team management: Will be driving own team of Cluster Managers on parameters of Acquisition, Activation and others Attrition & Branch activation Initiatives and influence: Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Circle Functionaries for regular R&R drives to give a fillip to sales numbers 6-8 years in Financial Industry pref. Capital Markets Team Management experience Preferred candidate profile Candidate with experience in broking industry with team handling and channel sales experience are preferred for Mangalore location.
