Job Description

Role & responsibilities Liase with customers, capture requirements and concerns and escalate to the relevant O&M team members, for resolution of issues. Track O&M related data (network uptime, outages, etc.) for the assigned sites. Collate the data and update in Tarantula or MS Excel (as per requirements) in a timely and accurate manner. Carry out reconciliation of outages and penalties with customers on an ongoing basis. Major responsibilities - O&M Data Tracking- Gather data relating to network uptime, outages, etc. captured as part of the site visits and engagement with the customer. Collate and upload the necessary data in Tarantula and / or MS Excel, as required in a timely and accurate manner. Outages / Penalty Reconciliation Carry out daily tracking of outages at the site and subsequent reconciliation with the customer. Further, carry out reconciliation with the customer on a periodic basis for outage related penalties. Escalate cases where challenges in reconciliation are faced. Customer Requirement Gathering Gather requirements from the customer and share within the team at the Circle level in order to ensure resolution of the customer's issues / concerns. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with min 3 years of O&M experience in passive telecom infrastructure company Perks and benefits
