Job Requirements: Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent Over 8 years of pertinent programming experience with GoLang or Node.js, coupled with a demonstrated track record in successfully managing diverse deliveries. Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and highly-available products and services (millions of consumers).Comprehensive understanding of all SDLC activities, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or hyper-growth environment is highly advantageous.Extensive experience with backend technologies, including RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous event-driven architectures.In-depth understanding of backend technology stacks, including HTTP protocols, API design, relational and NoSQL databases, Linux systems, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Deep understanding of system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization for backend systems.Proficiency in GoLang and Node.js is required. Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (RoR), ReactJS, and other modern frameworks is a strong plusExperience working in Scrum Agile delivery environments, with a focus on iterative, incremental development.Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, with a focus on automation and reliability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
