We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales person to join our team in the optical fiber industry. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This role will involve selling optical fiber products, solutions, and services to customers in telecommunications, data centers, enterprises, and other sectors requiring high-performance connectivity solutions.Knowledge of optical fiber technologies such as fiber optic cables, splicing, network design, and deployment.

Provide technical support for products for both internal & external customersProvide proposal and technical data sheetsCoordinate between outer customer and inter customerTroubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.Provide information about products, services, deliveriesEscalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.Offer proactive support by identifying and suggesting possible improvements to customer experience.Extensively travelling Pan India. Should have minimum 2 years experience in Optical Fiber passive product, Optical Fiber Cables, work with Optical Fiber joint closer , FMS, FTTH, etc, Candidate prefer from Telecom Industry Airtel, Jio, Vodafone , Tata .
