Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for our manpower supply business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-volume hiring across industries such as Construction, Hospitality, Healthcare, Security Services, and IT (International placements). - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet manpower demands from clients.- Manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery of candidates.- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels (portals, social media, references, etc.).- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.- Coordinate with international clients and agencies for overseas recruitment.- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legal regulations, and visa/work permit processes for international hiring.- Maintain client relationships and understand specific workforce requirements.- Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.- Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to forecast hiring needs.Preferred candidate profile - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.- Experience in international recruitment is a major plus.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- Familiarity with job portals, ATS systems, and social media recruiting.Perks and benefits - Competitive salary. - Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding firm. - Exposure to international markets and reputed client base.
