We are hiring a City Head Sales for this venture who will help set up the offline doctor referral channel. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to activate key doctors and specialists, ensuring strong relationships and consistent lead generation from individual doctors and promotional activities within Delhi - NCR. Lead, mentor, and develop the Doctor Relationship Officer (DRO) team, ensuring effective performance management and fostering a high level of engagement within the team. Proactively identify and address operational challenges faced by the sales team to ensure smooth execution. Conduct regular training sessions for the Doctor Relationship Officer (DRO) team, ensuring they follow best practices and ensure efficient performance. Monitoring weekly/monthly performance, preparing and presenting reports to ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct the hiring and onboarding process for new team members, including both experienced healthcare professionals and freshers. Consistently achieving exceeding sales targets.
