Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography SKILLS: Proficiency in Civil 3D and Navisworks Software: Geospatial Knowledge Effective Communication. Basic Departmental Knowledge. Basic knowledge in MS Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and develop 3D civil engineering models using Autodesk Civil 3D, incorporating design elements such as surfaces, alignments, and profiles. Develop alignments and profiles for roads, utilities, and other civil infrastructure components. Utilize Civil 3D functionalities to perform quantity takeoffs and generate accurate BOQ. Integrate geospatial data into Civil 3D models to enhance the accuracy and real-world representation of the project site. Conduct regular quality control checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of Civil 3D models Communicate effectively with project teams, providing updates on progress, highlighting challenges, and proposing solutions. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Civil 3D and related technologies, always working to enhance your skills and improve the way you work. Education & Experience Requirement : Should possess 1 to 5 years of experience in Infrastructure projects Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks and BIM 360 Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. Preferred Experience in Gulf Project and Industrial projects
