Job Description: Senior Civil Engineer – Treatment Plant & Tendering Specialist Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer – EPC & Tendering Specialist Experience Required: 8–15 Years Location: [Jalandhar/Patiala] Industry: EPC / Water & Environmental Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Lead the civil engineering aspects of large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects from concept to commissioning. Develop and review detailed engineering documents, technical specifications, and design deliverables. Head the tendering process, including bid strategy, document preparation, risk analysis, and vendor negotiation. Analyze and evaluate tender submissions for technical and commercial compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and drafters. Interface with clients, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills: Extensive knowledge of treatment plant technologies and EPC project delivery. Expertise in tendering and contract evaluation (EPC, DBOT, PPP models). Proficient in design and project management tools (e.g., Civil 3D, Primavera). Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills. Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred). Proven experience in leading treatment plant and infrastructure bids. PMP certification or knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Garha, Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
