Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Execution & Site Management: Oversee execution of plotting, layout, surveying, structural works (steel, shuttering, concreting), and external development (landscaping, paver blocks, WBM roads, drainage) as per GFC drawings. Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per project timelines and safety standards. Labour Management & Reporting: Maintain and submit daily labour reports, ensuring workforce productivity and proper task allocation. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to manage subcontractors and labour efficiently. Material Usage & Wastage Control: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor material usage and control wastage effectively. Ensure proper storage, handling, and utilization of construction materials to prevent losses. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular checks on workmanship and materials, addressing any defects or deviations immediately.
