We are developing some amazing luxury townships in the hills. SG European Village & Resort and SG Roman Village are examples of our excellent work. Roles & Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Interior Draughtsman office located at Noida. Responsibilities: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, for detailed 2D and 3D drafting Space planning and layout design for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects Expertise in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical layout drafting Creation of detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings Knowledge of building codes, material specifications, and safety regulations Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural, structural, and engineering drawings Rendering and visualization for interior design presentations Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving Effective communication and collaboration with architects, designers, and contractors. Skills: Technical Skills: Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, drafting techniques, and CAD software. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to interpret design concepts, communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other team members. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the drafting process.
