Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil & Interior Works Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Company: Artefact Buildcon LLP Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in civil construction and interior execution, with a keen interest in working on innovative and challenging projects. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage construction and interior work at project sites. • Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain quality and efficiency. • Monitor material usage, labor management, and site safety protocols. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues. • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. • 1-3 years of relevant site experience in civil or interior projects. • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and site management. • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines. • Good communication and problem-solving skills. • Passion for learning and working on new challenges. • Must have a bike/scooter for site visits (preferred).
