Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (IMMEDIATE JOINING ONLY) Company: Sportscape Infrastructure Private Limited - A leading sports infrastructure company based in Hyderabad. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (with occasional travel requirements) Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1-3 years Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills) About Us: We specialise in the design and construction of high-quality sports infrastructure facilities. We are passionate about creating spaces that promote sports and fitness. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join us immediately. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites, primarily in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in site execution, labour management, and vendor coordination, specifically within the construction or infrastructure sector. This role requires immediate joining. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring work proceeds according to schedule and specifications. Effectively manage and guide site labour (skilled and unskilled) to ensure productivity and quality workmanship. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services. Perform basic site surveying and levelling using Auto Level equipment. Read, interpret, and understand AutoCAD drawings for site execution. Monitor the quality of work and materials used, ensuring compliance with project standards. Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material consumption logs. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on site. Assist in resolving any site-related issues or challenges promptly. Travel to different project sites within and occasionally outside Hyderabad as required. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in construction/infrastructure projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Auto Level instrument. Good understanding and ability to read AutoCAD drawings. Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality checks. Soft Skills: Strong ability to manage and work effectively with site labour. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proactive approach to site management and problem-solving. Languages: Mandatory fluency (spoken) in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for local site travel.
