Role: Site Engineer Experience: 1 to 3 Years Sector: Residential Location: North Goa Job summary The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the residential real estate sector, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and regulations. The role requires site-based management and coordination with the construction team. Key Responsibilities Site Management : Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring safety regulations and construction plans are adhered to. Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets all quality standards and specifications. Project Coordination : Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution. Progress Reporting : Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders detailing project milestones, timelines, and any deviations. Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues that arise on site, implementing solutions promptly to avoid project delays. Software Proficiency : AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS-Office Key Requirements Experience : 1-3 years of experience in civil site engineering, particularly in the residential real estate sector. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
