Company Name : Electropath Services India Pvt Ltd Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor Project Type: Building & Road Construction Job Location: Latur, Dharashiv (Osmanabad), and nearby project sites Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Preferred Candidates: Local candidates from Latur, Dharashiv, or nearby areas Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) B.E. Civil (Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Supervision and execution of civil construction work for: Buildings, internal roads, foundations, RCC structures Ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and labor workforce Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress Manage material stock, consumption, and site-level reporting Maintain daily work logs, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and material usage sheets Supervise and inspect shuttering, concreting, plastering, brickwork, excavation, and road layering Resolve site-level issues and report critical problems to the Project Manager Ensure safety compliance and proper PPE usage by all workers Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience in building construction and road works Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD Understanding of site layout, levels, RCC detailing, and civil finishing Basic knowledge of estimating & billing (added advantage) Strong team management and problem-solving abilities Able to read structural & architectural drawings independently Good communication and documentation skills Salary: As per industry norms and candidate experience Share me your updated resume on [email protected] Interested candidate send me your resume direct on 8468891376 Apply near by candidate latur and dharashiv osmanabad Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person
