Urgent Required Civil Site Engineer Experience- Minimum 2 years Site Location- Mdhyamgram and Behela , West Bengal Key Responsibility- overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring it adheres to project plans, specifications, and building codes. Implement and enforce safety regulations, procedures, and best practices to ensure the safety of all personnel on site. Supervise and motivate construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff and ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates. Manage and allocate labor, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. nspect and monitor the quality of construction work to ensure it meets project specifications and standards.
