Job Description - Civil Site Supervisor Job Summary : The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved plans and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining site records, managing materials and labor, and ensuring timely project completion. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: 1. Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision. 3.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety protocols To get the site work done in time with proper Quality and timely finish of work. Coordinate with different agencies & Project coordinator to get the work moving To document all the work done. To execute works as per approved Checklist and Work orders. Keep daily labour report Arrange proper stacking of materials received at site and to keep record of the same. To ensure the quality of the material received and rejected material is not unloaded at the Site. To keep information of goods received & use GATE-PASS for sending material To ensure safety & security of all Men and Material at his sites at all times. To assist Site Engineers in his work. Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks Etiquettes and people management skills Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires Ability to work in a team with high people orientation Responsibilities.
