Civil Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations; conduct daily safety briefings and inspections. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation on project progress. Assist in resolving technical issues or site-related problems in collaboration with engineers and architects. Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Report delays, issues, or potential risks to the Project Manager promptly. Verify that construction activities meet legal and contractual requirements.
