Job Description

Work experience of more than 8 years in all facets of Civil Engineering Design of Oil Gas petrochemical facility development. Work as part of the Civil Engineering Project Team with specific responsibility for: - Underground drainage design - Roads, pavings, trenches design - Concrete foundation design Building design capability will be considered as additional skill Requirements A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken. Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work. Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements. The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team. Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others. High attention to detail and proactive follow up. The willingness to take responsibility as delegated and make decisions at appropriate times within the authority level. Striving for excellence in efficiency, safety and profitability. Understanding of Plant engineering for Oil Gas, Plant drainage systems underground structures, concrete foundation design. Knowledge of the following design software packages Mentoring and training of junior engineers GETs within the department. Direct supervision and checking of the work by designers will be required Showing mutual trust and respect in all our working relationships.
