Join our team to help advance our mission of fostering a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.Purpose of role:The purpose of this role is to be part of the Regulatory Compliance Execution (RCE) team, ensuring the accurate execution of regulatory compliance data and enabling effective, transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.Roles & Responsibilities:Ensure regulatory compliance data execution for the Region.Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication to all stakeholders (e.g. PS (Product Stewardship) Region Heads and teams, any other PS department, Business Unit interfaces, Procurement etc.)Align team goals with PS (Product Stewardship) global targets while adhering to Clariant values.Drive continuous process optimization, efficiency, and documentation.Focus on people and knowledge retention within the team.Ensure successful completion of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and projects.Engage actively with the team and stakeholders and contribute to global/regional initiatives/projectsProvide team support, development, and motivation to foster a cohesive environment.Requirements:Graduate preferred in MSC/BSC Chemistry5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / Product Stewardship.Must have experience with CLP (Classification, Labelling, and Packaging) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations.Experience Profound knowledge of with SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety module) is a good to have.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of involvement in decision-making and problem-solving thinking.Self-motivation to learn regulations and strive for regulatory excellence.Excellent communication and project management skills.
