Job description We are seeking an experienced Clarion 11 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, maintaining, and modernizing Clarion applications. You will work with a variety of technologies, including database management and application integration, to support and enhance business applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Applications : Design, develop, and enhance applications using Clarion 11 . Database Design : Design and optimize databases, including SQL Server , PostgreSQL , MySQL , and other relational databases. Troubleshoot and Debug : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize Clarion-based applications to ensure high performance and efficiency. Integration : Integrate Clarion applications with third-party APIs and external systems. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Testing & Documentation : Perform unit testing and create comprehensive documentation for all development work. Legacy System Modernization : Migrate and modernize legacy Clarion applications to more modern architectures and frameworks. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other developers in an Agile or Waterfall development environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with Clarion 11 development. Strong knowledge of Clarion IDE , templates , and both procedural and object-oriented programming (OOP) . Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Ability to develop both desktop and client-server applications. Familiarity with API integration , JSON , XML , and web services . Experience with legacy application modernization and migration to newer technologies. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills . Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with .NET , C# , or other modern development frameworks. Knowledge of ERP or financial systems using Clarion .
