Urgently hiring for Sr Manager Civil & Structural Engineer in Nagpur / Pune Position Overview: The Manager - Civil Engineering & Structural (Design Engineering) will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design engineering team for civil engineering aspects of large-scale environmental projects. This role requires a strong technical background in civil engineering design, along with the ability to manage design processes, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support project execution teams. The Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that contribute to the successful implementation of water and wastewater treatment, and other environmental engineering projects. Key Qualification:Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.10-15 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in environmental water treatment, waste To Energy Plants or related industries or infrastructure projects.(Desired) Past Track record of Site & Commissioning assistanceStrong understanding of design software, (STAAD,TEKLA, similar tools, and methodologies).ERP knowledge will add WeightageExperience working on EPC & BOOT projects will be preferred Must be aware of Safety Factor for Wind & Seismic Load; Geotechnical Report.Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and compliance requirements.Proven experience leading or managing design teams.Ability to balance technical expertise with project execution and stakeholder management .
