Role & responsibilities Should carry experience into US Staffing Account Management post sales. Should have direct communication with POC's Should carry experience in escalations handling. Candidate should have handled account executives team. Drove account growth and maximized revenue generation Responsible for direct business and mapping the account Negotiate bill rates with client managers and resolved client issues Implement account penetration strategy and conducted client meetings Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports Consistently exceed client SLAs, negotiate favorable rates and contract terms Achieve high account fill rates and meet or exceed delivery metrics Partner closely with recruiting, delivery, onboarding, timesheet, ER, and payroll teams Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by effectively addressing challenging client requests Skilled in creating and delivering presentations to communicate progress and strategic initiatives Maintain a deep understanding of client needs within specific technical verticals
