Job Description: We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad . This is a completely onsite role , requiring hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in IT recruitment, New Client Engagement and a strong understanding of technical hiring processes Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, and social media to identify potential candidates. Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or internal databases. Target Achievement: Meet daily submission targets by sourcing and submitting qualified profiles. Ensure a minimum number of monthly onboardings as per the company's hiring goals. Key Skills Required: Strong experience in Domestic IT Staffing (Contract & Permanent Hiring). Expertise in sourcing candidates from job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other networking channels. Knowledge of IT technologies and understanding of technical job descriptions. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Experience using ATS and CRM tools for candidate tracking. Proven ability to achieve recruitment targets and manage high-volume hiring. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Experience working in staffing agencies or consulting firms is a plus. Prior success in achieving submission and onboarding targets within TAT (Turnaround Time).
