Job Title: Client Delivery Lead / Recruiting Lead Experience: 4 - 7+ Years Job Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time Shift: Night (EST Working Hours) Job Description: Reporting to the Client Delivery Manager (CDM), the Client Delivery Lead / Lead IT Recruiter will be responsible for leading a IT Recruiting team - In US EST Timezone. This is a HANDS ON recruiting and team lead role managing a small teams. Requirement: Proven IT Recruitment industry experience, with at least 1 years in a Lead role. Experience leading recruitment team with focus on helping scale the organization in order to meet its growth objectives. Experience working in a process-oriented environment at mid-or-large-sized companies for at least 4-5 years. Must have prior experience of managing a team of 2-4 resources. Can actively recruit IT resources whilst managing a small team. Proven ability to manage the dynamic hiring needs and work closely with the business and tech team leads to understand the future requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinker along with operational execution capabilities Self-motivated, high energy with appetite for growth Strong interpersonal / presentation / negotiation skills Methodical and process-oriented individual with strong follow-through habits Skilled in building trust-based relationships Commitment to professionalism and ethics Should be a process-oriented individual with the ability to reinforce them Responsibilities will include: Identify, recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate and retain recruiting team members. Work with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process. Ensure the recruiting strategy and techniques used by the team are up to date and implement new ones. Create and maintain a resource pipeline to ensure that resourcing needs are met. Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure adoption and growth of companys recruiting division. Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc. Assist in sourcing candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc. for complex requirements. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Arranging interviews and follow up. Act as a single point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Should be conversant with latest recruiting tools, technologies, and techniques. Required Skills: Must have a GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS Must have a good attitude Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment. Able to manage and lead a team and train the new intake.
