Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot product or service issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and find the best solutions to resolve concerns. Order Support: Assist customers with orders, processing returns, exchanges, and providing updates on order status. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide clear, accurate, and helpful advice to customers. Customer Advocacy: Listen to customer feedback and escalate recurring issues or product suggestions to relevant internal teams to ensure continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other support team members to share knowledge, solve complex issues, and maintain team performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred). Previous experience in customer support, retail, or a service-based industry (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus. Empathy and a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
