We are looking for a true hunter who can crack open new accounts, run the first meeting, and position Divami’s unique blend of Design, Product Engineering, and AI services. You’ll own the top of the funnel—turning cold starts and personal relationships into qualified opportunities and first SOWs Key Responsibilities Outbound hunting & pipeline creation – Identify targets, craft outreach, secure first meetings, and maintain a 3-4× pipeline coverage of quota. Discovery & consultative selling – Lead intro calls, uncover pain points, map buying committees, position Divami’s value (MEP approach, AURA AI accelerators, design-led speed). Relationship leverage & expansion – Activate personal network to land initial projects in either Hi-Tech or new verticals (e.g., Fin-serv, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail) Internal orchestration – Hand off to solution architects & design leaders, drive proposals, keep CRM hygiene, and ensure smooth transitions to delivery Market feedback loop – Surface industry trends, competitive intel, and prospect objections to inform GTM strategy and marketing content. Requirements & Key Skills 7+ years quota-carrying new-logo sales for digital product engineering services Proven hunter: $2 M+ annual net-new achievement for two consecutive years Deep network in Indian, APAC corporate circles for mid market to enterprise accounts; able to secure VP-level meetings quickly Fluent in consultative & value-based selling; strong storytelling & presentation skills High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, CRM-disciplined Ability to build an ecosystem of influencers in North-American markets and other geographies.
