Job Title: Client Relationship Executive Location: Sec 63 Gurugram Company: Botfit Type: Full-time 6 days working (weekend availablity needed ) Job Overview: Botfit is seeking a proactive and personable Client Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and supporting long-term engagement with our fitness and wellness services. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between Botfit and its clients, ensuring exceptional service and support. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Botfit’s offerings. Manage client onboarding, orientation, and ongoing communication. Handle queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless client experience. Monitor client satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance client retention and loyalty. Maintain up-to-date client records and track interactions using CRM tools.
