Role & responsibilities Key Account Management - Speak to clients HR/TA SPOC about the various positions, and ensure client deliveries and satisfaction. Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirements in EMPI, EPC, Manufacturing ,Oil & Gas and Chemicals etc. Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking using Naukri, LinkedIn etc. Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening Shortlisting) Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers. Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have 6 plus years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Mapping, Head Hunting, end to end recruitment in non-IT sectors like Manufacturing, EPC, Chemicals, Real Estate and oil & gas etc. Experience in lateral or leadership recruitment. Candidate should have good communication skill.
