Job Title: Client Relations Manager Location: Delhi, Naraina Industrial Area Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Company Overview: We are a premier bridal clothing brand based in Naraina Industrial Area, Delhi, specializing in high-end bridal wear, catering to brides who want the perfect blend of tradition and contemporary fashion. We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Communication Manager to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing personalized advice, and guiding them throughout their bridal shopping experience. Manage the entire customer journey, from initial consultation to final delivery of bridal garments. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences, offering personalized solutions, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Assist with client appointments, fittings, and consultations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and purchases in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer engagement and sales. Stay updated on the latest bridal trends, garment designs, and product offerings to better serve clients. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in the garment industry, preferably in a client-facing role. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for bridal fashion and customer service excellence. Prior experience in a retail or bridal setting is a plus.
