About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive with a strong sales orientation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. This position combines exceptional customer service skills with a proactive sales approach to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction. Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify potential opportunities for improvement. Sales And Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and external clients to drive sales growth. Cross-sell and upsell company products/services based on client needs and opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines in collaboration with the sales and legal teams. Collaboration And Coordination Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and COE, to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client management. Ensure the timely delivery of services in line with client expectations. Collaborate with the account management and customer service teams to resolve any client issues and enhance customer retention. Reporting And Documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales goals. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to management. Track and analyze client data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT industry or sector, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare].
