Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, based in the Mohali district. The Client Relationship Manager will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to understand their needs, resolving issues, providing timely project updates, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
