Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between the OTT platform and external clients (content creators, advertisers, agencies, brand partners) Onboard new partners and ensure seamless integration of content or campaigns on the platform Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention Coordinate internally with content, marketing, ad sales, and tech teams to execute client deliverables Monitor client performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, sharing insights and improvement plans Resolve partner concerns and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in operations or performance Identify opportunities for upselling new formats, ad slots, or co-branded initiatives Stay updated on OTT trends, competitor activity, and content performance Requirements: 3-6 years of client servicing/account management experience, preferably in OTT, digital media, or entertainment Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Experience working with content creators, production houses, or brand marketers Detail-oriented with good project coordination and multi-tasking ability Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards Contractual basis for 3 months.
