Key Responsibilities: Handling inbound queries and providing relevant information. Making outbound calls for lead generation. Maintaining a record of calls and customer interactions. Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism. Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers effectively. Prior experience in customer service, tele calling, or pre-sales (preferred). Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
