We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager for Luxury Villa - HYDERABAD to oversee villa operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, stay on-site to assist guests and ensure high standards of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities - Role & responsibilities :: Guest Experience Management: Ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in & check-out process. Stay in the villa to assist guests with any requests during their stay. Villa Operations & Coordination: Ensure villas are well-maintained and guest-ready before arrival. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve guest requests efficiently. Oversee inventory, amenities, and overall villa upkeep. Requirements Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, or villa management is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
