We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily client interactions, ensuring smooth project coordination, and having a solid understanding of IT, cloud services, ERP software, email administration, digital marketing, and business software like HRMS. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to track and manage project milestones and deliverables. Support project management efforts with a basic understanding of IT, cloud services, ERP software, HRMS, and digital marketing. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, including managing timesheets. Address client issues or concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution. Identify potential business opportunities within existing client relationships. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person. Assist with the smooth execution of client projects and deliverables. Basic knowledge of IT, cloud technologies, ERP software, email administration, and digital marketing. Familiarity with business software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
