In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations . Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement client retention strategies. Project Management & Execution: Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential roadblocks. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new business. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new leads and close deals. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide junior team members on client service best practices. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Provide constructive feedback and support to team members. Contribute to the development of team goals and objectives. Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular client reports and presentations. Effectively communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Qualifications: 4 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
