ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handles all aspects of pre & post-sales administration of assigned clients Manage the transition process of existing and new clients and further create business benefit solutions for TEAM RUSTIC Produce communication pieces for clients and their clients Conduct meetings at client sites Work with clients for benefit interpretation Assist Sales / Business Development personnel at presentations and meetings Introduce new services and programs to clients Conduct quarterly client review meetings CHARACTERISTICS Client services managers share specific personality and work traits They can juggle multiple client needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction in the event market space.
