Key Responsibilities β Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. β Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for a first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. β Maintain a thorough understanding product line to offer accurate information and recommendations to customers β Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide them through the purchasing process. β Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to aid in product and service improvements. β Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. β Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any cross-functional issues. Qualifications β Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. β Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role. Skills: β Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. β Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. β Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. β Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
