Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. ● Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for a first-contact resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. ● Maintain a thorough understanding product line to offer accurate information and recommendations to customers ● Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide them through the purchasing process. ● Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to aid in product and service improvements. ● Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. ● Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any cross-functional issues. Qualifications ● Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. ● Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role. Skills: ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. ● Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ● Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism. ● Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
