We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team and help us enhance client relationships and drive satisfaction. Job Summary: The Client Servicing Executive will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their journey with TYT Studio. This role involves understanding client needs, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: โ— Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business goals. โ— Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, and development) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations. โ— Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on project status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. โ— Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services, processes, and communication channels. โ— Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on services provided and implement improvements to enhance the client experience. โ— Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client projects, including performance metrics, timelines, and any challenges faced. โ— Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: โ— Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. โ— Proven experience (1-2 years) in client servicing, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital marketing or design agency. โ— Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. โ— Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. โ— Proficient in using project management tools and CRM software. โ— A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction. โ— Knowledge of digital marketing and design principles is a plus.
