Role Overview We are seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee campaign execution, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of our branding, Digital and outreach solutions. This role demands a client-first mindset, a knack for campaign management, and a proactive approach to meeting customer success goals. Key Performance Areas (KPAs)  Experience in digital, client management, customer service, marketing, consulting, & cross-sell/up-sell  Familiarity with managing a portfolio and/or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer retention, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.)  Campaign Management: Build campaign and review every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance, identify the previous year trends and present value-driven insights at key customer touch points  Campaign delivery: Hands on experience of campaign delivery and an idea of executing database marketing through SMS, Emailers, Whatsapp, FB, etc.  Create high-value revenue-generating opportunities and impactful engagements with key clients  Responsible for timely invoicing & collection follow-ups  Build and develop relationships with existing clients by providing new product solutions through extensive analytics, consulting and communication with the clients  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  Curating content for landing pages, and promotional communication for SMS, Emailers, FB, etc. Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.  2+ years of experience in client management, marketing, education/edtech, or customer success.  Strong communication skills in English—both spoken and written.  Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM/reporting platforms.  Proven experience in campaign management, customer service, and client relationship handling.
