The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to formulate and execute engaging campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to brand management. Agency experience is a must. Formulate, curate, and create engaging digital content and campaign strategies across relevant platforms for assigned brands. Manage and supervise the social and digital presence of assigned brands, including execution, online response management, and maintenance of digital media properties. Actively collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements, fostering strong team partnerships. Assist in formulating strategies by sharing creative input on campaign ideas, leveraging insights from direct consumer interactions. Prepare analysis, reviews, and reports on campaign effectiveness by tracking KPIs and measuring the impact of digital media strategies. Plan and prepare monthly and quarterly campaign strategies to align with brand goals. Stay updated with changes in digital platforms, adapting strategies to incorporate new functionalities and engagement methods. Master media workflows and relevant online tools to optimize brand presence. Communicate with clients and maintain first-level contact with brand points of contact (POCs). Attend and cover on-ground events and workshops as required. Collaborate with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns and projects. Conduct research on new digital industry trends and implement relevant studies and techniques in routine strategies. Job requirements Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content curation. Experience in client servicing and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly. Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
