Location: Gurgaon, Sec 39 Work Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in client servicing (preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency) Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skill set) ✅ Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Understand client requirements, objectives, and KPIs to deliver solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Translate client briefs into actionable plans and guide internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, media) accordingly. Manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality output within timelines and budget. Develop strong rapport with clients and provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights. Lead brainstorming sessions and assist in preparing marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations. Handle campaign budgeting, cost estimates, invoicing, and basic financial tracking. Follow up on feedback, approvals, and revisions with clients and ensure clear documentation. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a client servicing or account management role within a marketing/advertising agency. Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines under pressure.
