Location: Bangalore We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Client Servicing Executive to manage and maintain relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that our products/services meet their expectations. This role demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative, technical, etc.) to deliver client requirements on time. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of products/services as per client specifications. Problem Resolution: Address client complaints and feedback efficiently and ensure their issues are resolved promptly. Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues that may impact client satisfaction. Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to update them on the progress of their projects. Conduct meetings and presentations to ensure clients are aware of new products/services. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional products or services. Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing clients.
