One Impression is one of the World s largest influencer marketing platforms helping over 300+ global brands ranging from enterprises such as Unilever, Nestle, Amazon to startups such as Meesho, Nykaa, CoinSwitch. We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages. We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. About the role As the Client Strategy lead at One Impression, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Client Strategy initiates, ensuring the seamless day-to-day management and delivery of exceptional service to our top-tier brand partners. You will be responsible for ensuring team processes run smoothly and efficiently, while fostering a culture of excellence that drives strong retention and revenue growth with our clients. This position requires hands-on experience to support team, develop strong client relationships, and ensure goals are consistently exceeded Roles and responsibilities Create a relationship as a deeply trusted advisor with brand executives (many in the luxury fashion and beauty sector) Partner with our sales team to understand business goals, expectations, and upselling opportunities of incoming clients Intensely focus on maintaining high retention rates and seeking opportunities to add features to the account with data backed suggestions Identify and create solutions for day-to-day issues impacting business across multiple accounts Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to accounts, timeliness is key Escalate product feedback to our engineering team and founders when appropriate Strategically bring conversations "up a level" to make sure were not losing opportunities to surprise delight brands Our non negotiables 5+ years experience in account management, preferably with large or luxury accounts Bachelor s Degree SaaS Customer Success experience Demonstrated experience exceeding customer expectations and delivering excellent client experience Natural ability to upsell and retain clients Clear track record of providing elevated and elite client experiences Ability to connect the dots to offer service, strategies and solutions proactively Additional skills and attributes Deep passion and understanding of the creator economy Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests Familiarity with Hubspot (is an add-on)
