Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Success Manager to join our team in a hybrid working model. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who excels in client acquisition, business development, and maintaining strong client relationships. Job Summary As the Client Success Manager , you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and fostering long-term relationships through strategic business development . Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while identifying and executing opportunities for organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients through proactive outreach and networking. Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and meet acquisition targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to nurture leads and convert them into long-term clients. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Drive client retention by ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to meet organizational goals. Prepare and present periodic performance and progress reports to senior management. General Responsibilities: Maintain updated records of client interactions in the CRM system. Partner with internal teams (clinical, billing, and operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 6 - 7 plus years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or related industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Availability to work in U.S. shift hours (night shift).
